Internship is required for undergraduate students in physiological
engineering or for students one year prior to graduation. Sign a
one-year internship contract. Internship in various departments and
fields for 2-3 months this year. Led by a master, learn various
skills such as software and hardware usage, testing instruments,
production equipment usage, international product safety
regulations, ISO9000 and other system certifications, international
business law, procurement and business negotiation skills,
production plan tracking, online promotion, and exhibition.
Additionally, exposure to social and global values is an integral
part of the training.
During the training period, assessments will be
conducted every 2-3 months, and those who pass will be given TPS
assessment results and an internship certificate. Formal recruitment
will be given priority. Those who are not qualified are advised to
withdraw. Individuals with significant abilities can be formally
hired in advance and independently undertake a certain position or
management work.
Of course, TPS does not hinder individuals from pursuing career
development in other companies according to their personal
preferences after completing their internship.
Recruiting multiple candidates in 2025, regardless of
gender. We also welcome people with minor disabilities who can take
care of themselves.
For undergraduate graduates under the internship contract, the
salary starts from 8,000 RMB per month based on entry-level
competency. Welfare benefits, including social security and other
statutory benefits, will be provided.
For prospective graduates under the internship contract
for 6 months to 1 year, compensation will be based on individual
competencies. During the internship, shared accommodation (2-person
rooms) will be provided, and interns will be responsible for
utilities such as water and electricity.
